Hi there! I've taken the liberty of creating this forum because while there are lots of folks on HVPC who like to talk online about paddling and paddle gear, there are also people who prefer NOT to get these messages in their inbox. This is a way people can go ahead and chat about the hobby without annoying those who just want trip announcements via email. All I ask is, if you're going to post a trip to the forum, PLEASE also post it to the email group. This forum is intended to complement the email group, NOT to compete with it in any way!
